Delivery
Our gift vouchers can be delivered in two ways – by email, or post. As you go through our checkout process, you’ll be able to select how you’d like your vouchers delivered. If your order consists of more than one voucher, you can choose to have each voucher delivered in different ways.
Email delivery is perfect for last minute purchases. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your vouchers attached as a PDF file. You can then download the vouchers and send them on to the recipient, or print them off and package them up as you wish. Please note, if you enter your recipient’s email address in the checkout process, they will receive the order confirmation email too.
Post
Vouchers sent via postal delivery will be packaged in our beautiful gift voucher presentation envelopes. They will arrive in a plain white envelope so as not to spoil any surprises.
We offer three different postal delivery services – Royal Mail Standard 48, Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24 and Specified Day Delivery. You will be able to choose your preferred delivery method in the checkout process. Orders posted via Royal Mail Standard 48 will be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders posted via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 24 will arrive the following working day. Orders placed with Specified Day Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®, to arrive before 1pm on the specified day.
Orders placed before 3.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
